the stretch experience
Experience vinyasa flow yoga in an urban, contemporary setting. Our teachers will guide you through a series of yoga postures using detailed alignment cues to help you engage, open, and release the musculoskeletal system and open the mind to new possibilities.
We offer 3 types of yoga classes: Stretch, Power Stretch, and Gentle Stretch. All classes begin with a sequence of yoga poses coordinated with the breath and end with a short, guided meditation. We understand that every day will be different for your physical and mental states, so we’ve designed classes with varying levels of intensity to choose from based on what your needs are that day. All classes are slightly warmed between 80-85 degrees. — still cooler than the temperature outside on most days!

Our teachers are here to assist you in finding the class that is right for you based on your current needs. Speak with the instructor before class to get an idea of what to expect in the class and discuss any specific needs.
how to prepare for class
- • Bring a mat (or borrow of one of ours), water bottle, and an open mind.
- • Wear fitted, water wicking exercise clothes. Socks and shoes should be removed for class.
- • Please arrive 15 mins early to the studio. The front door will be locked once class has begun.
