Stretch is a boutique yoga studio located in East Austin. We do workout-inspired vinyasa flow yoga. Our small class sizes and personalized attention are guaranteed to help you stretch and make you sweat whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.

our classes
We offer 5 types of yoga classes: Stretch, Power Stretch, Slow Stretch, Stretch & Sculpt and Yin Stretch. We understand that every day will be different for your physical and mental states, so we’ve designed classes with varying levels of intensity to choose from based on what your needs are that day. All classes are slightly warmed between 80-85 degrees.
Stretch iFlow
Our Signature Stretch class - independent Flow or iFlow - is a 60 min vinyasa flow class that will stretch your body, mind, and spirit. We will start with a 10 min warm-up, then the teach a flow (a series of poses tied with breath) two times, the third time, you have an opportunity to flow on your own. The room is slightly warmed 80-85 degrees.
ideal for:
Those days when you want to break a sweat with a mild to medium stretchy flow, that is balanced with resting postures.
Power Stretch
A power vinyasa flow similar to the Stretch class but a little more intensive in building strength. Power stretch incorporates core work and muscle defining postures.
ideal for:
Those days when you want a higher intensity flow with a bit more movement and strength-infused yoga postures.
Slow Stretch
An alignment-focused vinyasa flow class. Slower flow with a deeper dive into each pose. This class is traditionally hatha style. Medium intensity, lightly heated.
ideal for:
Beginners or anyone wanting to go back to basics of yoga. This class is hallenging and refining.
Stretch & Sculpt
A vinyasa flow class using 3 lb, 5 lb, or 8 lb hand weights to add tone to arms, shoulders, and back. This is a high intensity, high heat, full body workout class.
ideal for:
Those days when you want a higher intensity flow with a bit more movement and strength-infused yoga postures.

All auto-renew contracts require 14 DAYS cancellation notice in writing by emailing info@stretchyogatx.com. 10 class package expires 3 months after purchase date. 20 class package expires 6 months after purchase date. Offer cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase. Students and military with proper ID will receive 10% off all memberships, excluding drop-in or intro packages. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply.
